Access to the press conferences
September 25th is no official day of show. Journalists will only be able to enter the fairgrounds via Congress-Center North.
You may get your accreditation online starting in May, or on location September 25th. Your press ticket will allow you to participate in the press conferences as well as use press parking (P8) on Media Preview Day.
The afternoon press conferences take place in the Southern area of the fairgrounds. The afternoon press conferences take place in the Southern area of the fairgrounds. You will receive a wristband when signing-in at the registration counter, which will give you permission to be on the fairgrounds during build-up. Please wear your wristband in plain sight.
There will be no shuttle service on Media Preview Day. Congress-Centre North and East are within walking distance of each other and transition times are figured into the schedule.
Please note that during build-up only the press conference halls and areas will be accessible to you.
You may leave the fairgrounds at all times through all entrances.
