1. Can I accredit myself on arrival?
Yes, it is possible. Press ID or one of the evidences specified in point 2.a of the accreditation guidelines is required.
2. Where can I accredit myself on arrival??

3. Why was I refused accreditation although I have applied online?
The accreditation guidelines have not been completely fulfilled. Proof of journalistic status is missing or inadequate.
4. Why have I not received a confirmation by email to my successful online accreditation application?
We do not send individual emails in response to accreditation applications. When you apply online, you will see a confirmation text telling you that your data have been transmitted successfully. We will only contact you again in the case your information is incomplete. See also point 3.
5. When will I receive my press card?
The press cards will be sent by mail in the run-up of the event. Further requests are not necessary.
6. What am I entitled to and what can I do with my press card?
- the press card serves as entrance ticket to the fair, you will not have to buy a supplementary ticket
- access to the Press Centre North and East
- access to the press conferences
7. What happens, if I loose my press card?
Lost press cards will not be replaced. Please contact our accreditation Hotline:: +49 (0)221 821 2276.
8. Do I have to carry an additional id card with me?
Yes.

10. Press Lounge (Press Centre East)

11. Where can I find workstations for journalists?
Computer workstations including computers and printers are installed in the Press Centre North and East; furthermore free W-LAN access is provided.
12. Press car park
- beneath the Zoobrücke (near hall 8)
- Eastern side of hall 11 (near gate E)
13. When and where are company press conferences going to take place?
A list with the rooms in which the press conferences take place will be published at www.photokina.com short-time before the opening of the event as well as in the Press Centres during the event.
14. Photographs and videos?
Yes, but only with the permission of the exhibitor or the person photographed.
